Kristof Bardos

Agility is an approach, which helps to balance between theory and fast changing practical challanges. In this spirit Kristof takes part in planning and managing web based service development, e.g. mindroom.hu video search system, which is supported by speech recognition technology, VKT gesture-driven software and he also works in the startup incubation projects of Digital Natives. All of these projects are managed in Scrum methodology. In the company, he is responsible for sales, project management and consulting. Previous job: Citibank, he worked there for 4 years, then he joined to Digital Natives in 2006.. He studies International Relations in Corvinus University.
Gábor Baranyai

Gábor has been originating, executing and monitoring private equity and venture capital investments in Central and Eastern Europe for over seventeen years. He currently works as independent advisor, focusing on transaction structuring and fund raising assignments. Gábor was the managing director of DBG Eastern Europe’s Budapest office from 1999 to 2005. He is primarily focused on investment initiatives in Hungary. Prior to joining DBG Eastern Europe, Gábor was country director of CETI (a telecommunications-focused fund) and served as an investment manager with the International Finance Corporation. He was also a member of the board of directors of MOL (the Hungarian national oil company) for several years. Gábor presently serves as a Member of the Board of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. Gábor has an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Behshad Behzadi is Tech Lead/Manager of Search Quality group in Google Switzlerand. Behshad is leading several Ranking teams in Google including Freshness, Duplicate Detection and Safesearch. Behshad joined Google in 2006. Previous to Google he was doing research in the field of Bioinformatics. He got his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. This was followed by a Post-doc in Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin.

Edina Heal has been Google Hungary's Country Manager since September 2010. She is a well-known Hungarian media expert with broad experience in the sector. After several years of work at leading advertising agencies, she turned her attention to the music industry, living and working in France and the UK. From 1998, she spent two years working as Polygram's marketing director, then became EMI's managing director. She returned to Hungary in 2004 to become deputy CEO at commercial radio Slager, moving on to the CEO position a year later.
Henrik Hegedűs

Originally an English teacher, who later turned to freelance journalism and blogging with special focus on building online communities and content development. Among other things, he took part in the development of Soccerlens, a London-based football website, and contributed to Footbo, an international social networking website as an online community builder. Henrik has been editing NST, the biggest Hungarian football blog, since 2007, and is proud that Népsport came into being mostly based on the blog’s community. He has been working on the latest Ringier startup called Népsport since August 2010, which focuses on developing high-quality sports blogs on the web. Today, the network features more than 300 blogs with daily active users. Henrik is a devoted fan of the blogosphere and strongly believes that the new way of content provision will be successful in Hungary.

Their clustering system has been licenced by the American WebFeat. Since 2007 he shares his search-related thoughts on "Kereső Világ" ("Search World") blog. He can be contacted on Twitter under "EndreJofoldi" alias. He is CEO of WebLib LLC, Hungary which deals with intelligent customised search solutions.

Gabor is responsible for business development at Central European Media and Publishing. He graduated at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in the field of Management and Organization, and studied also Strategy at the Maastricht University, the Netherlands. He started his carrier at Index.hu in 2000 as a project manager, and soon took new responsibilities as Publishing Director in 2001. From 2007 he was COO of the company, responsible for managing operations at Index and also for developing the strategy of CEMP. As director of business development, he participated in a number of successful acquisitions (among others the ETARGET group and Honfoglalo.hu), and was also driving inhouse developments, such as the Inda services and Blog.hu. Today he holds several positions in the extensive CEMP group: while still busy with several publications (Index, Totalcar, Velvet), he also chairs the ETARGET group that covers 9 markets of the CEE region with its contextual ppc advertising solution.

She graduated from SZTE communications department with communication research and mediainformatics specialization in 2007. She worked on an Eastern culture and martial arts magazine’s online edition between 2005-2006. Then she recognized the importance of SEO and usability however she didn’t know their names. After graduation she studied on this field more consciously. Her first jobs were telecommuting. After one and half year in Italy, she came home, and she got a job at Hírek Média as a SEO manager. First she handled the company’s sites, such as Depo, Jobinfo, Egyperces. Now they offer SEO as a service for customers. Her tasks includes managing PPC campaigns (adwords, etarget, ctnetwork), because she would like get a comprehensive picture from search marketing market.

Web consultant and a co-founder of the hugely popular index.hu website. Until 1998 he managed the Bratislava office of the news site Internetto. From 2000 until 2004, he worked for Westel900, which was to become the Hungarian arm of T-Mobile, as vice president for product development. Between 2005 and 2009 Zoltán worked as a web consultant for the Swiss media giant Ringier AG responsible for the Hungarian, Czech, Slovak and Romanian markets. Also in that period he launched his own web consultancy, Ipsilon, providing corporate training, management coaching, and consulting. In 2010, he launched Bónusz Brigád along with Gábor Heller.

István Kozári

István Kozari graduated as an economist, specialized in finances. After he started his career working for Unilever Hungary, he joined Initiative Budapest in 2001, where started as a media planner and buyer and later as a group head. He had been studying law on the University of Pécs while he also worked for DMS Agency in Zagreb, Croatia, responsible for client services. Started to focus on digital communication from 2006 and became the division leader of Initiative's digital department, then from 2008 worked as the managing director of Fastbridge Hungary, member of the IPG group. He joined Origo in August, 2010 as the sales director of the market leader digital publisher in Hungary.

Previously, he had been a private investor and legal/ business advisor at several early stage businesses. In the 90’s he was Managing Director of the Hungarian affiliate of Advent International and also worked as an investment banker with CA-IB Securities. He has a degree in law from the Szeged University, Hungary and a degree in Business Administration from the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
Péter Lakatos

Peter LAKATOS was born in Budapest, in 1961. He graduated from the Technical University of Budapest as an electrical engineer in 1983. He went on to perform scientific work as Ph.D. student in computer sciences on “Man-Machine Interaction”. He started his professional career at Műszertechnika Zrt. in 1986, where he participated among others in the establishment of the Eastern European foreign trade and the world-wide sourcing activity of the company. He played a prominent part in the set-up of the office automation business line of the company. He has been deputy CEO and Member of the Board of Műszertechnika ZRt. since 1991. In 1991 he joined the shareholders of Videoton Holding Zrt, where he is a co-CEO and a member in the Board of Directors even today. Since 2007 he has been the joint owner and honorary president of Bravogroup. He and his wife Éva CSIBY established and have operate the charity website www.ad6kap6.hu made by Webconsult.hu Kft, a member of the Bravogroup, in 2008. While bridge means mental recreation for him, his excellent physical condition is maintained by tennis and golf.
